Leanne is a certified Yoga teacher - Yoga Alliance (RYT-200) and Power Yoga Canada (YTT-200) and has been teaching yoga in our community since 2019.

After teaching many formats of Group Exercise classes for decades, she began to realize the need to ‘stretch’ more and instantly gravitated to all things yoga, most specifically Vinyasa and Hot Power Yoga. Yoga became a way of being, a passion and a way to stretch, not only her body but also her mind and finding her true authentic self.

Sharing her love of yoga and mindfulness through connection with our community lights her up! Leanne strives to create a warm and welcoming space for EVERY student. Whether it’s your first class or you have been practicing for years, Leanne can’t wait to have you join her on your mat!

Outside the studio, you can find Leanne spending time with her family, two teenage daughters and adorable Shih Tzu pup. She also enjoys an escape to her favourite sunny destination, has a weakness for NYC Broadway shows and loves a healthy green juice!

I discovered the benefits of pilates after suffering a neck injury following my second pregnancy. That period was debilitating in both body and mind. Through the learning of subtle movement patterns and rebuilding my core, I not only became stronger than I was before the injury but poised to delve further into the world of pilates. Now a mother of 3 children, I went back to school to become a STOTT certified instructor. I opened Maison Pilates to not only help others prevent a similar fate to mine, but also to become stronger in athletic endeavours and more generally in their daily life.

Caitlin is a passionate certified Pilates instructor with a deep love for the practice that spans over 15 years. Having discovered the transformative power of Pilates, she embarked on a journey that led to a dedicated practice and eventually a career as an instructor.

With four years of teaching experience, Caitlin brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the studio. Drawing inspiration from the healing aspects of Pilates, she is committed to helping clients strengthen their bodies, improve mobility, and enhance flexibility.

Before embracing the world of Pilates, she worked in the fast-paced and dynamic fashion industry. The transition to becoming a Pilates instructor allowed her to merge a love for movement, wellness, and a desire to empower others on their fitness journey.

Karen Williams is a graduate of the Mindful Movement Teacher Training Program. She has trained under master teachers such as Leslie Parker and Georgia Burns. As a committed pilates mover for over 20 years, she knows first hand the power of this movement discipline. Sharing her love of movement through pilates on the mat, reformer and all apparatus has become a lifelong passion. Karen is currently working towards Anatomy of Pilates Certification, Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies along with Pre/Post Natal certifications. She is committed to helping her clients continue to move and feel good in their bodies.
